Remote Diagnostics & Control

RV’S using the new RIXEN HVAC SYSTEM with an Eberspaecher core can use SATrv to remotely send fault codes and operating data to technicians and service centers to help minimize downtime or extend the fun. The owner can use SatRV to remotely control temperature settings, receive alarm notifications.

Virtual Panic/Emergency Button

Set up an emergency contact that will receive your request for help with a map link providing your most current location.

The backbone of the SATrv initiative is the proprietary annual plan that bridges the traditional high cost of satellite to that of cellular without the coverage limitation. The plan includes all the standard features including 25 incoming/outgoing monthly Satellite messages*, SATrv locates, Help requests and Diagnostic/Remote control if applicable. The add-on plans allow you to select special features on the go for when you need them to keep costs at a minimum.
